Order processing times vary depending on the product and location. Typically, it takes 1-3 business days to process an order before it is shipped. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped out.

Other Issues
Once an order has shipped and a tracking number has been issued, the package becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
If your tracking shows that the package was delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking with neighbors or household members and contacting your local USPS office, UPS, or shipping carrier. They are often able to help locate missing packages.
While we pack items carefully and label shipments with "Fragile – Handle With Care," packages can occasionally be damaged during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a damage claim. Many USPS shipments include insurance coverage up to $50.
Lost, missing, or damaged packages are not eligible for refunds.
We’re so sorry if something doesn’t seem right with your order — we want to make it right.
All orders are carefully packed and video recorded prior to shipment to ensure accuracy. If you believe an item is missing, please double-check all packaging materials (including tissue paper and mailers), as smaller items can sometimes become tucked inside during transit.
If you’re still unable to locate your item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can look into it with you. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible.
As a small business, we handle each situation with care. While we’re happy to help when something unexpected happens, replacements for missing items are limited to one per order.
