Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed within a few business days and ship from California. Shipping times vary depending on your location.

Note: Breastfeeding Milestones are made to order, and take up to 7 business days ship. Once your order has shipped, you'll get a shipping notification email with a tracking number.

There may be delays due to weather, public health, or safety events.

International orders can take 6 weeks to reach its destination. In some cases, it may take longer. Tarrifs and duties may be due for delay.

Once an item has shipped and a tracking number has been issued we cannot be held liable for lost packages. Lost or missing packages will not be refunded.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact your local USPS office or carrier, as they are often able to locate the package for you.
